It’s a pity the author has taken such a biased and clearly slanted view of TEC funded programs. She has obviously quite deliberatley chosen not to mention the majority of External Inspections by TSC that have shown adequate to excellent provision. Maybe she would care to comment on the summary of results that show the proportion of scores of 3 or higher that indicate adequate or above average standards.
