I ran a course several years ago with assistance from BT
THeir current TALKWORKS programme might be a good reference point

There is a company that provides a whole series on telephone techniques called Phone Star. I am sure you will find their site by doing a search on the internet. This course is quite comprehensive and offers various scenarios for customer service type functions. Hope this helps!
