I am about to write a one day telephone techniques workshop session for a client and before searching my bookselves, the internet and my garage with 20years of L&D rubbishI wondered if anyone has any materials they would be prepared to share with me? Happy to exchange anything that anyone might need,

For the 3 people that replied to my "Associate" question THANK YOU. Last week I did 154 E Mails to various companies.......we will wait and see!
