Hello everyone,
I have been asked to run some half-day training workshops with a group of about 20 telesales/telemarketing agents over the next few months, has anyone any material, slides, exercises, games etc. they have used before that would be of benefit that they would be happy to share- looking at the usual skills - listening, closing, questioning, building rapport, finding need etc..

Have you thought of using a game? I know of a thought provoking, effective (lots of listening, questioning required) game that might help with your groups interaction and bonding. It can be played with upto 30 people and can be used again and again

We use a game called the EGGCERCISE which involves the use of a raw egg – it usually turns out to be a great fun, team building excercise as well as endorsing the ‘communication’ message.
