Do you have any information / contacts for organisations who can offer simple to use and administer tests for use in recruitment?
We are looking at on-line and pc based tests plus some in booklet form.
Any ideas?

Aptitude tests

We are a Training & Consultancy company and use a provider to manufacture all of the aptitude tests we use throughout our consultancy programmes. You asked about simple and easy interviewing tests. Hundreds exist. None are, in my opinion, worthy. If you use simple and easy, that is exactly the type of employee you will likely get. It is best to learn how to read people. I learned that and I never miss. Good luck.
