Does anyone know where I could obtain tests for our recruitment process. We are trying to standardise the tests we use, which is usually for admin staff, but could well be for finance or managerial. Please respond to me on denise.halton@aat.org.uk

Hi Denise,
I can recommend Psychometric Services Limited (PSL) Advanced Sales Questionnaire (ASQ) for Sales staff. I am currently piloting the use of a new product from them called the Branch Manager Questionnaire. This is a combination of verbal and numerical reasoning tests and a personality measure.
I am assuming that you have the relevant British Psychological Society approved Level A and Level B qualifications to administer, interpret and feedback your tests.
