Far from the regular loathing and habitual sniping at the boss, sixty per cent of us went as far as to say they felt their boss was an excellent facilitator who allowed them room to get on with their work while over half of managers (54%) credited their staff as being the ‘best bunch of people’ to have ever been employed.
