The Change Curve and P.E.S.O.S.

default-16x9

Can anybody point me to any (free) infomation on the change curve in relation to business change (also called the U bend of change, I think). I only need summary information at this stage.

I am also trying to find out what PESOS stands for. I think it starts Prepare, Explain, Show but am lost after that.

All help gratefully received.

Thanks

Roger

  1. PESOS
    Hi Roger,
    PESOS stands for:
    Prepare
    Explain
    Show
    Observe
    Supervise

It comes from a coaching model used in Financial Services – it is an American model and used extensively in material produced by an organisation called LIMRA.
There is more to the model – such as the DOME concept.
If you want to give me a call on 07901 854217 I will be happy to pass on any help I can.

  2. Thanks Terry
Thanks for the help Terry. I have heard of LIMRA and DOME and really must be less lazy and look up some of this stuff myself. Maybe I can find a LIMRA website.

    Thaks again

    Roger

  3. Change Curve on the web
I suggest that ffor information on the change curve/transitions curve or any other of the many names that this model goes under you do a search (any search engine) for “Kubler-Ross”. Elizabeth Kubler-Ross was probably onbe of the originators of the model in her work on bereavement. A search on her name will throw up hundreds of sites. Good luck.
