The Develop multimedia training project

The Employment Research Institute at Napier University are using EU funding to create an innovative multimedia programme for adaptive learning. Working with partner organisations across Europe, the Develop project is developing a highly practical series of packages for use in the workplace focused on training needs analysis, Œqualfication, enskilling and development¹ and the learning organisation. Each package uses a variety of multimedia approaches to stimulate and record individual learning across an organisation. Techniques used include case studies, self-assessments and on-line support to promote the development of intermediate level skills across a variety of sectors.
