IFTDO - the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations - has launched a Global Registry website to provide a world-wide directory of trainers and training suppliers. There's a mulit-criteria search facility to enable you to find suitable trainers; I tried two different searches and both produced a nil return so I suspect it's over complex. You can also register free and enter your details into the databases.
It looks as though this database is in the early stages of being established, but it may yet grow. IFTDO promise more services in future. At present, it doesn't really offer very much.
