The ISM Team Working Award

default-16x9

The ISM Team Working Award

A one day programme designed for delivery by independent training providers.

Overview:

With the growth in demand for Team Skills in the workforce, a gap exists in the market for a single nationally recognised award. The ISM Team Working Award is designed to be delivered throughout the UK to the same general specifications, providing comparibility for companies wishing to develop their staff in this way. As the award will be widely available, participants will achieve a certificate which is likely to become nationally recognised, providing a useful benchmark for employers.

Format:

In all cases this document gives minimum requirements.

A one day programme of a full 8 hours duration, excluding lunch. At least three, but no more than five, “Tasks” to be completed during the day, each with an appropriate focus on an aspect of team working or team skills. The three tasks exclude any short “icebreaker” activities the provider may wish to use.

The tasks to be consolidated by review and feedback sessions, appropriately spaced through the programme.
