The Learning Agenda – barriers to learning report from Industrial Society

Although not yet published online by the Industrial Society (as far as I can see), the Lifelong Learning website does have an excellent summary of this major research report by the Industrial Society from its study of learning practices and the barriers to effective learning in a range of settings.

It makes for sobering reading.
