1. Questionnaire

   I think I might have one lying around somewhere.  Were you looking for this from a worker or manager perspective?  Are you trying to figure out if the person is a Theory X manager, or if they work in a Theory X company?

3. X & Y

   I have the questionniare, which has 13 statements called "assumptions people make about people at work" which delegates give a %age score for if they agree or disagree with the statement. if thats the one that you want email me scott.cullen@southernrailway.com and I can send it over.

5. Douglas McGregors Theory X – Y

   Hi Colette,

   Chartwell Learning and Developement Ltd publish a Managerial Phylosophies Scale questionnaire that surveys a manager’s assumptions about people’s attitudes to work.   It asks how strongly you aggree or disagree with 36 statements and the scores reveal to what extent you subscribe to Theory X/Y.
