Does anyone know what the situation is with the Thomas-Kilmann conflict mode instrument and copyright? I’ve done a search of the internet and found literally dozens of web sites where this questionnaire is on line. Has the author waived copyright or are they all jus breaking the copyright laws? I don’t know, but I’d like to use the instrument and if I can use a download rather than paying for a colour printed job I’d rather do the former. Thank you for any insights or guidance.

I now know the answer to the question of whether the Thomas-Kilmann conflict mode instrument is still in copyright or whether it had been waived. The answer is it is still in copyright and rights for distribution in this country are held by OPP http://www.opp.co.uk and you can also get it from http://www.mlr.co.uk Thank you for the info on this issue.
