too big a title….
Hi Michelle
the topic of "Time Management" is too wide spread for anythung meaningful to be achieved for such a large group in such a short time. Within that group you will have some people for whom procrastination is their biggest problems and some who just can't say no and so end up with a never ending list of things to do. You will have some people who cannot delegate and some who will not delegate. You'll have some people who are simply disorganised and others who never achieve because they are won't do anything until they have a foolproof plan (and no plan is foolproof)
Give us more of an idea of what motivation is for the session and you may get some more useful responses.

Time Management exercise
Hi Michelle
I have a time robbers exercise that I have used on many time management courses. It homes in on a range of time wasters at work (generated by the participants) and uses the group (as well as any theories/idea/models you have) to help solve each other's time problems.
The exercise uses syndicate groups; it is very interactive; it encourage the participants to challenge each other; gets them on their feet using laminated cards, blutac and making a time robber 'brick wall'. My only issue is whether you can fit it into 60 minutes.
Please email me at info@abctrainingsolutions.biz and I'll forward you a copy.
Hope that helps.
