For my money, one of the most important features of your email program is the message filtering facility. Get to know how to use this, and make it easy for yourself!

I saw your posting from last August about Managing Emails for a time management course. If you got any useful responses, or if you are willing to share your own material, I’d be grateful to hear from you.
I’m in the process of developing a one day module on Time Management and want to include a session on email etiquette and managing emails both from within and outside the organisation.
