I am planning on providing a Time Management workshop for our In house trainers. The workshop will include the basics of time management but would anyone have any suggestions for games or exercises that would be specifically aimed at time mgt challenges faced by trainers?

Obviously your trainers will have responsibilities outside the delivery of training where many differing time management aspects will be relevant.However, in the training delivery scenario probably the biggest issue is managing delegates. One way to handle this is to ask your trainers to pigeonhole delegate behaviours, eg waffling, politicking, challenging management, playing buzzword bingo, etc and then have them come up with strategies to a) avoid and b) handle these behaviours.
I would also insert (if ever possibly relevant) a section on managing senior managers who input at events. Similar lines to the above.
