Try Xebec training (CBT)
The only course I’ve seen is a computer based package from Xebec (easy to find online). They have a CD product which I haven’t seen, but is fairly new. Might be worth a try, good luck.

i am also looking to run a similar course. i have started to design something and have broken the course down into 3 main areas – when to send e-mails and when to use other forms of communication, sending the right message (grammar, structure etc) and managing your inbox (time management). There is loads of information on the internet.
