TNA and ROI in austerity Britain….is this a suitable case study?

I'm sure that we are all used to training workshop cancellations but this really does take the biscuit,

~they couldn't get people to come to a FREE training event!

~they didn't cancel it until the day it was due to happen!

Is this a suitable case study for a TTT course?
