TNA Questionnaires

default-16x9

I am looking for information on different methods of carrying out TNA and would be interested in hearing from anyone who has used both/either detailed or simple questionnaires or audits. I am particularly interested in people's experience of individual wants of staff matching up well with organisational objectives.

  1. TNA
TNA is best effective when a variety of methods are used ie: questionnaires and interviews as well as hard data. There is a realy simple, but good book that has all the info you will need to carry out a TNA and the best bit about it is you can read it in a couple of hours!

You can get this at most good book shops and WH Smiths

    Good luck
