Toolkits

default-16x9

Our HR Department are based in the company's Head Office and we have 10 branches scattered around the country. Due to this, branch management take on responsibility for day to day HR issues such as recruitment.

To ensure consistency and to boost their confidence it has been suggested that we look at developing toolkits for our manager's to refer to in areas such as recruitment and employment relations.

What are your experiences of this? What would you have done differently?

Thanks in advance

  1. Toolkits
I have recently devised a toolkit on recruitment and selection.

It has proved to be useful accross cross functional sites.

Toolkits are fine as long as they are backed up with a training course or coaching on the subject.

  2. Would like to know more…
    Hi Lisa

Thanks for replying – I’d be interested to know more about the actual implementation process you used and the sort of feedback you have been getting from managers – could you please drop me a line at lucie.jerome@cableprice.co.nz

    Warm Regards
