I'm looking for a train the trainer DVD to help demonstrate different ways of traing, specifically to us as part of a training a trainer course
I've seen some American and Australian ones but can anyone recommend any british ones?

type preferences for trainers and learners
I’m really interested in how type and personality preferences need to be taken into account in the training room (face to face and virtual). So with the usual provisos of copyright etc, I often use characters in movies and tv shows to demonstrate difference and lead discussions on how you would “train” someone like that. Do contact me direct if you want to know some of my favourite examples of characters.
Traininh Shop are quite useful
Hi Bethan,
The training shop (online store) has some very good DVD’s. I use some of them within my training the trainer course to highlight good training and why and there are useful hints and tips that people can get from them as well.
They can be expensive sometimes (am from a charity so funds are tight here but you may be ok as they are not oo expensive for a business) but we got ours when they where discounted so great value.
