I'm looking to organise an in-house training course at our offices in Bristol for my technical support department.
The department are taking on responsibility for training clients in the use of our software (face to face) and will then be supporting them via telephone.
Can anyone recommend a good training company?

Trainer Training or Train the Trainer

I provide Instructor Training for people new to training. This is a 5 day Methods Course, which can be accredited or In-house. The course is Theory and Practical
Once this has been completed your trainers could undertake a Lv 3 NVQ (2 units) in Learnig and Developement.
