What international certifications can one undergo, in order to become a preferred soft skills trainer in the following areas:
1. Business and Social Etiquette
2. Business communication
3. Customer Service
4. TeamWorking
How useful is CPBA certification and how can one obtain it?

For the Team Working one you could look at Belbins Team Roles and become accredited with that organisation.
Business and Social Etiquette has me stumped! I deliver a three-day workshop on that subject in Abu Dhabi – but my company and not an externally recognised body only certify it.
The others, well I don’t think that there is any internationally recognised body (at least that I have come across) that you can use. For me it would be a matter of attending some face-to-face workshops, lots of CPD and reading and becoming your own expert.
Not sure about the CPBA stuff. I have never come across this before – it looks very US centric and possibly just internally certified instead of externally certified?
