Tony Stringer is building a database of independent trainers in North West England to collaborate on consortium bids for tenders. He's seeking input on his membership questionnaire and welcomes interested trainers to join the initiative.

I am interested in compiling a database of independent trainers in the North West of England with a view to putting together consortium bids for tenders etc.
Has anyone tried this before? Does such a list exist?
