  2. Training Job Description
    I have several Job Descriptions for Trianers which are probebly not much use as they have specifics to our Organisation but I would suggest that you want to add things in like:

    To assess to D32/33 standards
    To verify to D34 Standards
    Knoweldge of Vocational Qualifications
    Facilitate, coach, session plans, learning tools, interactive techniques, enable learners to achieve.

    Things to consider:
    Is it group or individual training?
    What will be the target client group?
    What outcomes will the Trainer need to meet?
    Is it accredited training -i.e. leading to a recognised vocational certificate?
