    2 strategies I use to achieve 100% engagement

    I am a big fan of using Yin / Yang as a concept for engaging participants on a training event.

    Yin being the "stuff" that the trainer wants to get done

    Yang being the way in which the participants feel the stuff is interesting / useful to them

    That links nicely in to…

    If your "stuff" is engaging the plates will spin

    If your stuff has lost it's way the plates (ie delegates) will wobble and eventually fall
