Trainer vacancies

default-16x9

I have been a retail manager for over 10 years and I have decided to change my direction into becoming a trainer, possibly in retail or soft skills. How and where do I start.
Are there recuitement agencies to help me. Or are there TRAINEE trainer positions availableout there.

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE.

I really want to get into this field and am finding it really difficult. I have a lot to offer.

Yours frustratingly,
Richard Ordman

  2. I know how you are feeling
I was in a similar position to you only a few years ago, now I am a partner in a successful learning consultancy based in the UK We are always looking for people who can bring added value to our business. Please look at our website http://www.thejigsawoflife.co.uk. You can contact me on 07801 056 284.

  3. Look to your strengths
Richard – training is not as easy as it looks! But, if you are a good retail manager then you probably already have some good training skills. Think long and hard about your strengths and get in contact with some of the many training companies who focus on the retail market. You might be surprised at how marketable some of your skills may well be.
