Trainer with Shared Services experience

I'm looking for a Training Provider with extensive experience of Shared Services.

Have just set up a new SS division, currently made of of various Finance teams (Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc)

There is a need for Customer Service training across two sites, for approximately 200 people altogether.

    My business partner and I have been working on a similar shared services project for the past nine months. The project was for a company moving from a central services set up to a shared services model. This included all of their financial services functions. We provided the customer services training for all the employees linked to the companies values and the shared services competencies that had been put in place. The training also included working as one team and continuous improvement. We also designed a desk top prompt for delegates to use whilst taking and making telephone calls.

    We linked the training to the NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services and therefore were able to provide professional qualifications and access some Train to Gain funding for our customer.
