“Just a thought in response to your query, if you don’t get any responses of named individuals, would it be worth contacting your local UKT&I office?
UKT&I (UK Trade and Investment) are a government business support service predominantly support people who wish to export or do business outside the UK. They have an excellent network and working relationship with every British embassy and consulate worldwide. I am sure they would be able through these contacts in Korea and Japan to be able to help?”
