I know people but your request is vague.
What operating systems? What networks? Which aspect of cust serv? Inbound or outbound? Sales or other? Is this an IT helpdesk? Which part of the UK? Does it need design of training or simply delivery?

For me Trainer base is one of the best as you can see the real profile of the trainer, you are not paying a trainer search fee unlike some sites
