I am currently writing some Customer Service and Phone Skills training for NHS frontline staff. I am looking for a video that is NHS specific that I can use to enhance these courses. Does anyone know of any good videos or other training aids that may be of use? Everthing I have used previously is retail / call centre focused, which isn't really the right approach for me. Any suggestions??
