One of my client firms has asked me if I can provide a draft Training and Development Policy for them. I don't have one myself, and I wondered if the experts here could point the way towards downloading one, or maybe you have one I could use?

Hi Christine,
We provide a number of HR templates for policies,letters and procedures.
We have an example of a Training development policy at our company website http://www.toojays.co.uk.
Just go to the Self Development library, HR Resource Library and then Managing People – you’ll find it there!!
