We are a fairly new L&D team and Im currently documenting our Process Development Methodology. One of the areas Im looking into is best practice for training. We are a global company, all over the world, and we have approximately 2.5k Finance population. We have a variety of training courses/webex/e-learning etc in our development pipeline and.
Im looking for people who would liike to impart some good best practices that we can incorporate into our methodology.

Context Specific
Hi
We work with a lot of different L&D teams in plenty of different environments. Best practice does need to be context specific, so do think about your organisation and what it needs whilst looking for great ideas to recycle from other sourses. I’d be happy to have a chat about what we know if that would help.
