Training Course Scheduling Database

default-16x9

I am looking for a piece of software that will allow me to manage both trainers diaries and training room bookings!!

To date I have not had any luck in finding a single package, or even 2 seperate packages to achieve this.

Does anyone have any information or experience of this?

Many thanks

  1. Diaries & Calendars
Have you considered using Outlook for this? If you only want to hold diary & booking information, rather than skills / costs / course specs / etc. Outlook can provide a cheap and easy alternative to a dedicated training systems database.

If you want more information on how Outlook could be used for this, contact me on nici@a2ztraining.co.uk.

  2. I have used an access database built specifically for this
I have used an access database built specifically for this. The database monitors the trainers movements, the training rooms availablility, revenue from each course and also pulls off reports for all of the above. If you would like further information on this please contact me at a.dixon@zeda.co.uk

  3. ACCESS training management database

I’ve written an Access database that holds details of trainers and their teaching skills, classrooms and capacities. It will not allow you to double book a trainer nor a classroom. It will also ensure that you do not overbook on numbers for a classroom. It does other things as well.

    It isn’t expensive.
