I have been asked by a small company to design training materials across a range of subjects like Negotiation, Meetings, Appraisal and a bunch of other core competencies.

Their idea is to establish good practice across their company with a common approach. It seems like a big job and I was wondering where one might look for help with editing and producing materials like this. Are there such people as training editors who could help me produce materials – not unlike handout packs really but in a slightly different format. All advice gratefully received. Thanks
