Training company, Leaps and Bounds will be stretching people’s imagination with the introduction of an ‘open space’ event, encouraging call centre staff to start a revolution in open thinking.
The open space event, to be held on 9 September at the Thames Innovation Centre in the London Borough of Bexley, is cost free and aims bring together everyone from managing directors to call centre advisors and customers.
Caroline Esterson, founder of Leaps and Bounds said: "By learning new skills and ideas from others in the same industry we can seek out ways to get ‘more for less’, a fact that is especially important as we go through the credit crunch.
"Everyone who attends must be prepared to make a contribution of their ideas and in return it is a free event in which everyone works together to build the reputation of the contact centre industry and seek out ways to do more for less, gain more for less and be more for less."
Those who attend are asked to be prepared to run a 30 minute session focusing on their thoughts.
