Can anyone recommend any particular training (any of: venue-based, on site, on-line, video-based, etc.) suitable for manager/supervisors conducting appraisal interviews with employees in a small (15 staff) arts organisation? (obviously cost is an important factor!)

I can recommend a company for you to have a look at – Glasstap Ltd. Visit http://www.glasstap.com and have a look at what they offer. They provide training services, but they also have an on-line facility with training materials if you wanted to run your own activities. Speak to them about costs (I think they are great value for money) and then compare with other providers. I’ll leave you to make up your own mind!
