I'm searching for the best training company which specialises in Training Management/Executive coaches. Its for me and I want some idea of what's out there before making a commitment.

We send all our managers on the Introduction to Management Course that Ashridge run. (www.ashridge.co.uk) It is a 5 day residential programme and is quite expensive (about £3K), but of all the people that I have sent (about 10 last year), they have all come back saying that it was the best course they have ever been on and they think that it is brilliant and so useful as it covers so many skills that they use as a manager
