Training Needs Analysis

default-16x9

Our managers range from 4 senior managers who form the executive management team to section managers who are responsible for operations within the company. We are a very diverse organisation which offers 9 different services most of which are security related services.

Our operational staff are mostly remote and have more contact with our customers as they are based off site.

We have an appraisal system which is competency based and we use this at present to identify management and admin training needs. I am sure however that a needs analysis will be a very useful tool to finetune and prioritise our training within the organisation.

there was a previous thread on this some time ago. We use a TNA diagnostic tool that i’d be happy to share with you.

Please drop me a line to discuss further.
