Training Needs Analysis

default-16x9

I have 30 VCS clients who need support through the Training needs analysis process. Some are undertaking this for the first time, others have experienced TNA before, but have not understood or owned the process. I have to train them to do this and really need a "top three" of different toolkits to present at an introductory workshop in September 2006.
I would wlcome recommendations that I can follow up and source!

The type of training needs analysis you are doing & the depth you require will determin the type of tool needed.

I have yet to come across any commertial offer which meets the needs of a client organisation.

The TNA for a manager is a diff process for a defined role.

Can you give us more information on the roles/ jobs you need the tools for?

Another option is to ‘train’ the participants in generic principles of TNA and get them to develop their own tools – this will certainly build ownership.

    Hi Lynn

we have developed a single software application called Readiness Manager that will help you coordinate and manage the TNA process for your 30 clients.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
