I would like to post a request for a company who has developed a Training Needs Analysis for Microsoft Office '97 users.
The TNA needs to address user knowledge matched to user job requirement. It could then produce tailor made courses for that person.
This Training Needs Analysis needs to sit on 3 desktops in our Open Learning Centre. There will be approx. 1000 users at our Head Office site, and needless to say it needs to be very cost effective. The last quote we were given was far too high on a cost 'v' benefit basis.
If anyone has a solution for this, please contact me.

TNA create training programs for IT applications

Tim Neill Associates have 12 years experience designing and creaeting top class training programs in Authorware. Clients include Xerox, Rover, PA Consulting and AstraZeneca.
We have a great deal of experience in producing system simulations, with guided ‘trails’, accompanied by a voiceover and including interactive practice. This is ideal for introducing new applications to a learner, in a safe and effective manner.
Our web site has over 50 examples of completed projects – http://www.tnanet.com.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss your requirements further.
Best regards
Tim Neill

Access System Development
We are primarily a training company, providing IT and skills training, including Office and hybrid courses that combine IT with soft skills. To keep our Access skills finely honed we are always on the lookout for interesting systems development projects to take on. These are always very cost-effective for the customer, as we develop open systems that you can then take on and enhance yourself if you want. Also, we charge only the development costs, with no licencing (other than a requirement to be running Access). As the system would be based on a database, you could amend / add your own training needs analysis for other products as necessary.
Systems we have developed so far include: Sales administration for a training company; Internal training records system for a pharmaceutical company; Child protection register for a local authority; Wound recording system for a local authority (monitors bedsores!); Housing records system for a local authority; COSHH system for a paint manufacurer
