Hi there,

I’m conducting a TNA and would like to send out a Training Needs Survey questionnaires to all the functional directors. As they are mostly engaged in their busy schedules, it might be difficult if I ask them to write me some descriptive answers; and some of them might find it hard to tell what programs they need. Therefore, I plan to draft a user-friendly questionnaire for them to complete and I’ll follow it up with an interview. As I have to dispatch the Form next Monday (which is just a weekend away), I’d appreciate if anyone could share with me what they currently use in their companies.

    Hi Alice
    I might be a bit late with this but I have a Leadership questionnaire that is quick to fill in, but gets into detail. It could be adapted to fit skills of other staff. Let me know (bryanedw@aol.com) if you would like a copy.
