I have been asked to produce training plans for different areas, for example a training plan for the induction of 50 new people in one of our offices, or for a particular department that is undergoing a major change.

I would really appreciate any examples/templates of how people would suggest I go about doing this. Please also consider that training is a new function in my company and there is little in place to support this, so I’m really looking for something fairly basic to start with.

  2. Planning training
    Hi Katie,
    I have had some experience in preparing training plans-and I do not do complicated! It is easier to talk it through rather than try to go into detail in writing. If you want to chat feel free to give me a ring on 01234317994
