2. Geoff Giblin, experienced IiP advisor
   I have worked with the various aspects of IiP for a number of years. I have designed and delivered courses on Performance Management, Coaching and Train the Trainer. Although I do not have the D32 etc I am MIPD and hold the Diploma in Training Management. At present I am working on IiP with a food Co and a fire service, both based in the North West. One is about to go for re-recognition, the other is just begining the journey.

3. Training for IiP
   PMSL are a small consultancy company with 15 qualified consultants and trainers who have either IPD or MSc Org/Occ Psychology. We are currently delivering Performance Management training on a large scale to the British Transport Police and London Underground (and on a smaller scale to several other clients). All programmes are tailor-made to meet specific needs. The Underground programme is linked to IiP and concentrates on developing staff to meet competency requirements. We have extensive experience of designing and delivering training in Coaching Skills, Job and Task Analysis and Train the Trainer (details on request). We are also in the process of becoming an Accredited Centre for NVQs.

4. IIP PROJECT
   Principles HRD is a consultancy specialising specifically in the areas you are looking at. We have an ongoing project with an existing client (multi-national manufactoring corporation)helping to facilitate achievement of IIP at various companies within the group by delivering training programmes you require, carrying out skills audits and TNA, and setting up in-house NVQ Programmes. We are an established NVQ Centre and personnel are qualified to D32, D33, D34 and D36. I would be interested in discussing your requirements further.
