Training Qualification

default-16x9

I am trainer based out of India with over 10 years of training experience. I am a post graduate with a diploma in teaching and training from City and Guilds and an accreditation for FIRO-B practice. I conduct programs on assertive communication, customer service and team bonding modules. I plan to visit UK for a working holiday for two years and upgrade my qulification in the relevant space, which can also help me find assignments while I am in UK. I need some advice from the community on this.
Looking forward for suggestions from all.

  1. TAP
There are many qualifications out there but one that is reognised and will certainly generate interest from employers is TAP – a recognised training qualification provided by the Training Foundation.

When I embarked on my training career with no experience nor training qualifications, I applied for thousands of jobs from which I did not even get replies.

The minute I enrolled to undertake my TAP qualification, on the very first day of the course, I was offered an interview.

The useful thing is that it is a one off payment rather than other establishments where you have to pay annually to retain the qualification, and is only a short course – mine only took 4 days.
