We have a tight budget so do not want to spend a lot of money buying training materials which will go out of date quickly. We are looking for a company who can lend us books and videos and anything else that may be useful for an annual fee.

Not sure if they do but I have had materials in the past through Wright Training. Admittedly, we bought them, but you can ask if they do it on a loan basis.
