Training Spends in Contact Centres

Hi All

Does anyone have any figures or know of any where to find recent info for average training spend per FTE in contact centres specifically please?

why do you specify FTEs?

surely anyone in a contact centre is an ambassador for the brand…any of them, FTE, PT, Casual or whatever can do as much good or damage to your reputation with your customers……….QED they should all have the same level of competency.
