Need to put together a Training Strategy for new technology & processes within organisation both within HR and The Business. Have all information required but haven’t done this before so need help on format of report. Can anyone help?

Need to ensure I cover all bases, i.e. types of training medium, risks, ROI/evaluation etc but if someone has a template for this, any help would be gratefully received.
