I’m a T&D manager who has been asked to design a training strategy/SLA for another manager’s dept. This should clarify roles, expectations and responsibilites to ensure the training needs in his dept are met

I don’t know where to start. Anybody got a template or useful tips on structure?

Many thanks

  1. Training Strategy / SLAs
Hi Rachel, one of the key points for me is to reflect the clients SLAs or measurements whenever possible. I’ve been through this process a number of times in previous jobs and I’m happy to share whatever experiences will be useful. Feel free to drop me a line.

    Best regards,

    Richard
